The research group on Rights and Social Justice aims to contribute knowledge about the rights and social justice of various groups of people in Thailand, especially vulnerable groups such as the low-income groups, the disadvantaged groups, and informal workers. The research covers the dimensions of people’s well-being, job/income security, housing security, occupational safety, health, and risks. Previous research projects include housing security of the urban poor, sustainable model community for handling and rehabilitating from disasters, workers’ rights in private sector, sustainable organic farming, and homeless’ well-being strategic roadmap.
