Details

1. To assess the strategic development of the alcohol control organization network and the provincial-level road accident prevention support plan (Provincial Road Safety Plan) from the past to the present, as well as to present a strategic driving force for the future under new contexts.
2. To evaluate the progress at the midpoint of the implementation plan of the community-based alcohol control project and the provincial-level road accident prevention support plan, considering the indicators according to the objectives of each project.
3. To examine the conditions and factors affecting the project’s performance, both supportive factors and obstacles to progress in the community-based alcohol control project and the provincial-level road accident prevention support plan, including methodological adjustments.
