1. To develop spatial research skills (ABC) for new researchers, focusing on local capacity development and establishing academic networks for human resource development in research to enhance the capabilities of local communities and local administrative organizations in the future.
2. To analyze the gaps in the development of academic manpower in the fields of local communities and local governance.
3. To develop a training curriculum for spatial research skills, derived from knowledge management within communities of practice and the involvement of stakeholders, along with teaching materials that can be used in the future.
4. To recruit and train new researchers in spatial research (ABC) to develop local capacity and local administrative organizations.
5. To establish an academic network of researchers to enhance local administrative organizations’ capabilities.
