Details

1. Develop a methodology for constructing a Human Rights Index based on the indicator framework developed by the National Human Rights Commission of Thailand (NHRCT), using reliable and widely accepted standard methods.
2. Construct a Human Rights Index for monitoring the human rights situation in Thai society, tailored to the Thai context, under the developed framework of indicators and assessment guidelines.
3. Propose recommendations for the development of Thailand’s Human Rights Index, covering conceptual frameworks, data collection and storage, and assessment methods.
