✨ #InviteReadInsightfulReport “Development Leaders Project According to the Royal Initiatives (DLR), Class 11” This program aims to develop middle-level executives’ knowledge, skills, and networks to drive projects aligned with the Royal Initiatives. The course includes five categories and study visits both domestically and internationally. The program’s 50 participants demonstrated a significant increase in knowledge and successfully met attendance requirements. Participants expressed high satisfaction with the program and collaboratively developed actionable policy proposals. Recommendations include enhancing practical content and extending learning time for specific topics to maximize future benefits.
