🤝🌍 Sharing Experiences on International Research Funding in Housing and Vulnerable Communities
✨ On March 13, 2025, Chulalongkorn University, Social Research Institute, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Unruan Leknoi, Director of CUSRI Lecturer Wichaya Komin, Deputy Director; Dr. Kingkan Jongsukklai, Deputy Director; Dr. Borvorn Subsing, Director of Social Innovation Center and Dr. Pichaya Surapolchai, Director of CUSRI Academy, along with faculty members, participated in a knowledge-sharing session on international research funding. The discussion focused on housing and vulnerable communities and explored future collaboration opportunities with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Peter Aning Anak Tedong from the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Faculty of Built Environment, University of Malaya (UM), Malaysia. in Room 417, 4th Floor, Social Research Institute, Visid Prachuabmoh Building.
🎯 This session served as a platform to share insights into international research funding related to housing and vulnerable communities, as well as strategies for sustainable urban development. Key discussions emphasized the importance of integrating urban policies to address societal changes and fostering international research collaboration that positively impacts communities. Additionally, participants exchanged ideas on potential joint research projects and academic partnerships between the University of Malaya and Thai researchers, laying the foundation for future academic cooperation networks.
