Details
1. To support the operations of government organizations by enhancing essential skills and developing tools to strengthen the capacity of organizational health leaders (organization health creators), enabling them to act as key agents in improving organizational management for effective implementation of health-promoting projects under the healthy organization concept.
2. To create collaborative spaces, provide consultations, and facilitate knowledge exchange for expanding awareness and practices in healthy organizations through initiatives supported by the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth) and other interested organizations.
3. To monitor developments in government organizations to foster the creation of new knowledge that responds to the dynamic nature of work.
4. To carry out and support public communication to raise awareness, promote value shifts, and encourage practices that enable personnel development, collaboration with relevant networks, and implementation within both operational and governmental organizations.
5. To establish guidelines and promote the effectiveness and efficiency of health service systems based on the healthy organization concept, fostering collaboration among government agencies in alignment with their missions or as part of the Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC) or the Office of the Public Sector Development Commission (OPDC).
