To implement sustainable plans for mitigating and addressing the impacts of the Hua Na Weir as proposed by community organizations and related networks. The initiative includes four sub-plans outlined under the environmental impact prevention, resolution, and monitoring framework for the Hua Na Weir Project in Sisaket Province for the fiscal year 2013 (B.E. 2556), as follows:
1.1 A plan to restore ecosystems and natural resources at the household and community levels.
1.2 A plan to promote sustainable agriculture for local communities.
1.3 A plan to restructure and adapt community systems.
1.4 A plan to promote and support livestock farming.
