The overall program has the objective to build professional capacities for mid-career candidates by capitalizing on the experiences of expert instructors and mentors, while Rotary Peace Fellows can learn from each other through exchanges of varied field experiences. However, in this 5-weeks Capstone training project, the objectives are as follows;
1) To conclude the “Rotary Peace Professional Development Certificate Program on Peace, Conflict and Development program” through key evaluative activities including the Rotary Peace Fellows Public Seminar, the Social Change Initiative reporting, and the graduation ceremony.
2) To conduct training and lectures related to peace, conflict and developments with the particular context of Thailand and South East Asia through the field study trip.
3) To provide a networking and learning environment through peer exchanges, as well as self-care and reflexive space to enhance future career capacities.
