- Reviewing social innovation models both in Thailand and abroad that address urban food system problems.
- Developing and integrating inner transformation toward social transformation, which leads to food systems transition. The learning pathway delves deeper into the level of cognitive processes, applying Theory U and inner development goals, before social innovation practices emerge that address food regime issues with consciousness and drive forward as a social movement for food systems.
- Presenting new knowledge, such as food as commons, including presenting the polycrisis and the fragmentation of food systems across multiple dimensions: social, spiritual, and ecological—not merely presenting economic or nutritional dimensions.
