Details
1. To study, survey, and analyze the situation regarding quality of working life, health behaviors, and lifestyles.
2. To support the development of healthy organizations through training and skill-building in organizational well-being promotion, including the encouragement of healthy behaviors among personnel by applying the Happy 8 Workplace framework to district-level staff of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA).
3. To develop district-level networks for healthy organizations operating within BMA agencies, in order to support future scaling and implementation.
4. To raise awareness, build understanding, empower stakeholders, and facilitate communication to promote active participation in fostering organizational well-being among BMA personnel, and to support the integration of appropriate policies into Bangkok’s operational plans.
