# 🏆🎉 Social Research Institute Participates in Torch Lighting Ceremony for Chulalongkorn University’s 45th Staff Sports Competition 2025
On March 14, 2025, at the Royal Monument Plaza of King Chulalongkorn and King Vajiravudh, Associate Professor Dr. Unruan Leknoi, Director of the Social Research Institute, led the institute’s staff in the torch relay during the opening ceremony of Chulalongkorn University’s 45th Staff Sports Competition 2025.
The event was held under the theme “Building Health for Chula People, Leading to the Future.” Professor (Special) Dr. Surakiart Sathirathai, President of the Chulalongkorn University Council, presided over the ceremonial flame lighting and passed the torch to Professor Dr. Wilaet Phurivat, the University President, who ran as the first torch bearer.
